Тест для оценки уровня гибкости (упрощенный вариант)

Сесть на пол лицом к стене. Выпрямленные ноги поставить врозь таким образом, чтобы стопы касались стены, а расстояние между пятками было равно примерно 15 см. Сохраняя ноги прямыми, наклониться вперед и двумя руками попытаться коснуться стены. Удержать это положение в течение 3 секунд.

Оценки:

Отлично: касание стены ладонями и удержание положения в течение 3 секунд.
Хорошо: касание стены кулаками и удержание положения в течение 3 секунд.
Удовлетворительно: касание кончиками пальцев стены и удержание положения в течение 3 секунд.
Неудовлетворительно: кончики пальцев не дотягиваются до стены менее 10 см.
Крайне неудовлетворительно: кончики пальцев не дотягиваются до стены на 10 см и более.

Примечание: Замечено, что девочки, девушки, женщины более гибки, чем мальчики, юноши, мужчины. Поэтому представительницы женского пола должны в исходном положении держать ноги вместе: это уравняет шансы.
