Режим тренировочных занятий Большинство любителей бега не нуждается в двухразовых тренировочных занятиях в день. Однако специальные исследования не подтверждают это, как, впрочем, и альтернативную точку зрения, т.е. необходимость двухразовых тренировочных занятий. Истина, как это всегда бывает, лежит в центре. Как говорится, возможны варианты.

Таким образом, начинающий бегун, который не ставит перед собой высоких спортивных целей, не должен бегать дважды в день, за исключением случаев, оговоренных выше.

С ростом квалификации, особенно в случаях, когда ежедневный объем достигает более 15 км, бегуны используют двухразовые тренировочные занятия. Каждый бегун должен поэкспериментировать, прежде чем остановиться на одноразовых или двухразовых тренировочных занятиях в день, согласуя свои социальные возможности, физическую подготовленность, возраст и другие индивидуальные особенности.

Когда занятия 6-7 раз в неделю станут привычными, то дальнейший рост нагрузок следует осуществлять за счет введения добавочных занятий. Сначала это будет несколько пробежек длиной 3-5 км. Позже они увеличатся до 7-10 км. Следует помнить, что беговые нагрузки меньше 6 км не способствуют совершенствованию аэробной подготовленности. Поэтому во время второго тренировочного занятия рекомендуется пробегать 7-12 км.
