Ну, во-первых, наращивать нагрузку необходимо постепенно и планомерно. Неправильно будет если стараться быстро наращивать дистанцию. Хотеть быстрых и больших результатов не правильно. Не нужно стремиться увеличить дистанцию на километр в месяц. Если вы занимаетесь оздоровительным бегом, то это будет, попросту говоря неверным шагом. Да, выдержать такой прирост можно. Если вы натренированы уже немного, то сердцу может вы сильно не повредите, но усталость будет накапливаться. И через этот месяц или два станет так влом ходить на тренировки, что мысли о выходном будут почти непреодолимыми. И в один прекрасный день не выйти на тренировку станет легко. Это станет началом конца пробежек. Тем более что при больших наращиваниях нагрузок может начать болеть сердце.

Далее ошибкой, безусловно, является практика, при которой наращивается скорость, а не дистанция. Здесь нужно быть очень осторожным. Так как нагрузка вырастает в таком случае очень значительно. И придётся очень медленно её увеличивать. Что может привести к неудовлетворённости результатами, и тем самым, возможно, к разочарованию. А это уже плохо.

Далее нужно упомянуть такую ошибку как не замерять свою скорость и дистанцию, а бежать, как нравится или как хочется. Это неверно, потому что легко можно сбиться с графика тренировок в большую сторону, в сторону увеличения нагрузки. Что, как я уже писал выше, приведёт к тому, что усталость будет накапливаться. И она пересилит ваше желание бегать по утрам.

Ещё ошибка то, что перед пробежкой кушать. Пить воду можно. Потому что если поесть, то от частых прыжков на пробежке пища будет гораздо быстрее проталкиваться. Ну, я думаю, вы понимаете, чем это закончится. А тем, что зря была потрачена пища. И дискомфорт после тренировки.

Очень грубой ошибкой при занятии оздоровительным бегом будет игнорирование графика тренировок. Если не следовать ему, то легко можно накопить усталость. А последствия этого я уже писал выше. Ещё, так же, будет ошибкой не наращивать нагрузку. А стоять только на месте, в плане нагрузки. Это к тренированности не приведёт. Выносливее от такого не станешь.

И главная ошибка: заниматься бегом без настроения и без ожидания хорошего, и без веры в результат. Отсутствие цели.

Как видим всё на самом деле просто. Нужно просто тренироваться по заранее установленной системе. В этом плане тренировки будут немного скучны. Но! Вы, зато будете знать, что неотвратимо приближаетесь к своей цели!
