интересные истории При занятии бегом иногда приключаются прикольные истории, ведь это же жизнь. Иногда, правда редко, идёшь на пробежку или уже бегаешь и невольно становишься участником каких-то событий.

Я стал, по своей тогдашней работе, обслуживать пожарную сигнализацию на том стадионе, на котором я бегал. И вот однажды я бегу и директор стадиона меня спрашивает что-то, а я ему отвечаю что сейчас, скоро добегу. И не останавливаясь, продолжаю бег. На следующем круге, когда около него пробегал, он почти попытался меня остановить. Но я всё раво продолжал. Хорошо, что я уже больше половины до этого пробежал, а то бы он меня долго ждал Smiling Может я поступал как-то не вежливо. Но это я делал принципиально, ну может же он подождать лишних минут 10? Конечно может. А мне нужно мою обязательную дневную норму пробежать. Не могу же я из-за незначительных поводов прерывать улучшение своего здоровья. Задачи поставлены, цели определены - делаем, товарищи.

Пошёл я как-то в гости к приятелю вечером. К нему ещё пришли несколько парней. И вот я с одним из них потом начал беседовать (мы только познакомились). И так зацепились языками, что болтали без умолку. Он имел такую особенность, как долго говорить, вспоминал разные мысли из книг. По долгу размышлял... Я его пытался убедить в своей точке зрения… Нам уже пришлось уходить от гостей, так как было уже за полночь, а мы всё разговаривали. Потом мы, ещё идя по улице, то же разговаривали. Наступил рассвет, и я наконец-то пошёл домой. Но! Каждое утро мне надо было бегать! И уже наступало время тренировки. И этот раз я не мог пропустить, ведь принципиальность в отношении тренировок у меня была большая. Я вышел на стадион но хоть и хотелось спать, и я был почти как пьяный, я побежал. Эта пробежка была удивительная.

Я бежал со своей нормальной скоростью, а секундомер показывал, что я отстаю. Я прибавил скорость, что бы бежать с нужной скоростью. Потом ещё прибавил, что бы наверстать упущенное. Но мне так это и не удалось. Меня это удивило. Ведь я бежал со скоростью прилично выше обычной, я должен был успеть. И я сделал вывод, что мне показалось, что я быстро бежал. А так же, что после бессонной ночи лучше высыпаться, а потом уже бегать :)

Ещё был у меня период в тренировках, когда на стадионе началась реконструкция и поэтому половина беговой дорожки стала недоступной. Так я примерно полгода бегал на оставшейся стометровке. Бегу туда сто метров, потом обратно. И так 10 раз, когда бегал 2 км. Иногда сбивался со счёта в количестве стометровок Smiling Строители поглядывали на меня, с противоположной стороны стадиона и, я думаю, видели во мне рвение и стремление к здоровью.

Почему-то во всех этих трёх историях замешано убеждение и принципиальность к бегу. И это понятно, ведь бег это тоже вырабатывает и тренирует.
